Return Policy
At Aroshi, we aim to maintain a transparent and fair return process for all our customers.
Returns or exchanges are strictly eligible only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item received
❗ No other reasons will be considered for return or exchange.
Unboxing Video Requirement
- An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved
Initiating a Return
If your request meets the above conditions, please contact us via email at aroshi@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review your request and assist you with the return process accordingly.
Damages
If your saree is received in a damaged condition or shows any defects upon delivery, please take clear pictures of the issue and send them to aroshi@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will review the details and assist you promptly.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the saree must be kept in its original condition with packaging intact, including tags, blouse piece (if applicable), and any accompanying materials-even if the product is damaged. This helps us in verifying and processing your request efficiently.
Cancellation
At Aroshi, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make the cancellation process simple and hassle-free.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at aroshi@gmail.com as soon as possible.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
- Since most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, we strongly recommend reaching out immediately for cancellation requests
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Refunds
We know you’ll love it, but if you don’t, just send it back. We'll give you a full refund.
All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product back at our warehouse. Refunds can be issued in the form of Store Credits, which are the fastest method-they have no expiry date, no usage limitations, and are usually processed immediately upon confirmation.
Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to your original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (please provide your bank account details for the same).
Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
